The primary function of the Team is to help both private and listed companies to raise needed capital mainly through equity related instruments. To originate and to execute capital market transactions including pre-IPO investments, debt financing, IPOs syndication as well as joint ventures for Hong Kong, PRC and international clients. The team facilitates not only raising capital for enterprises, but also their business growth by introducing strategic investors.

The Equity Capital Markets team is responsible for carrying out placing of securities in both primary and secondary market, road shows, shares underwriting and other equity-related issuance projects for corporate customers, including the provision of advice in respects of investment tools structuring, time-table, investor relations, pricing for issuance projects. We have strong distribution network and positioned to meet the corporates' long-term development strategies and short-term financing needs.
